Tzinesra is in some ways the most mysterious of the Goddesses. Her iconography depicts her as having a severed head which she holds in her own hand, with three gouts of blood spraying up and into the mouths of her two attendants, and one into her own smiling, disembodied head.

But she is an active traveler of her own land, and is generally seen with her head on. She loves to dance, and it is common for all towns and cities of the land of Tzinesra to hold regular dances in her honor... with the hope that she may attend and bless those present.

Her land is tumult of factions, politics. The land is very lightly ruled, so individual cities, regions, and townships are mostly autonomous, held together by trade and common culture.

Each queen is hand-chosen by the Goddess, and rules for exactly 33,000 days (just over 90 years). During this time she does not age, and is apparently immortal. The queen rules without check or balance, but there is also a parliament comprised of a traditional nobility that represents all races and regions. Parliament is in session for two somewhat riotous weeks per year: there is a single day of official business, during which the parliament unanimously ratifies all the queen's decrees from the prior year. (The vote is unanimous, because any dissenting voters are either killed or stripped of their titles, which means their vote does not count.) The real business, however, is the two-week festival during which leaders party, negotiate, trade, court, dance, and drink.

The Queendom of Tzinesra welcomes all races, all peoples, all cultures, entities from all planes.

Because it is such a chaotic place, Tzinesra often comes into conflict with its neighbors (Buvaresh, Tīra, and to a lesser degree Khalrī). But it is also a wealthy land, and the chaos does not seem to have any dampening effect on trade.

Because of its welcoming ways, Tzinesra often becomes a crossroads for interplanar activity: unlike other Queendoms that have thin boundaries to other planes, Tzinesra has no specific alliance or relationship with other realms.

Parliament is in session!
